Cancellation and Late Arrival Policies

Individual Sessions

Cancellations of individual sessions made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, that are not rescheduled, will be charged the full session price.

Prepaid Packages

If you miss a scheduled appointment, or cancel late, and have already paid up-front for your 10 Series, the session missed or cancelled late will be counted against the 10 purchased. You will need to schedule and purchase, at full price, any additional sessions to complete your 10 Series and make up for appointments missed or cancelled late.

Late Arrivals

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call Allie at 828-773-5511 to reschedule. I value your time as highly as mine and if you are running more than 15 minutes late, there will not be enough time for your complete session as I am not able to extend any appointment lengths.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so as early as possible by texting or calling Allie at 828-773-5511 and leaving a message if I do not answer.

As a bodywork practitioner, I am always looking for ways to increase my knowledge and experience of somatic based practices. Rolfing has been transformational for me and I am only half way through the process! Allie has a natural talent for working with the body. She is quite skilled as a teacher and is a compassionate human being. I was immediately put to ease just being in her presence. Through her guidance, I have discovered more ease and fluidity in my body, more support for my structure, and have made huge emotional breakthroughs.
